About the artist
Piano / Arrange Kazumi Tateishi
He started playing the electronic organ at the age of 12, and was a member of the brass band at junior high and high schools, and the big band at university, where he played the flute, saxophone, piano, conducted, and was a concertmaster. Started professional activities with Yoichi Murata Group and others while still in school. After graduating from university, he worked as a jazz director and A&R at a record company for various artists both domestically and internationally, and at the same time participated in recording and live support as a pianist and arranger. After that, he became independent as a producer, composer and arranger, and pianist. He is active in a variety of fields, including performing in piano trios, quartets, big bands, and other units at live houses in Tokyo, participating in numerous recordings, and being in charge of composing and performing music for stage plays.
Bass Shinobu Sato
Learned Jazz at the university's Jazz Lab and participated in various sessions. He is also involved in a wide range of activities such as Gezu Festival and film music. He is also active in the field of classical music. From 1996 to 1999, he formed a unit with composer and pianist Bruce Stark, and participated in CDs by opera singer Ken Nishikori and French-based flutist Shigenori Kudo, and also performed in concerts. Currently participating in various groups and trios. Currently active mainly on tour and at live houses in Tokyo. Our philosophy is to provide good music with deep, rich tones and solid rhythms, regardless of genre.

Drums Mao Suzuki
Since his father loved music, there was always music playing at home from an early age. I joined the brass band club when I was in the 6th grade of elementary school. Start playing percussion. Belonged to the brass band club in junior high and high school, and gained experience playing percussion and drums. Upon entering university, he joined the Modern Jazz Study Group and began playing jazz drums. I started going to sessions while I was still in school, and got a job right after graduating from university. While working, he studied under jazz drummer Yukio Kimura. After a few years, he retired and began his professional career. Currently, he mainly performs at live houses and events in Tokyo, and also tours elementary, junior high, and high schools across the country. They also perform at music appreciation parties. He is also active in various fields, including teaching drums for elementary school to high school big bands.
