How to use: How to use as a sunscreen: Apply generously 15 minutes before going outdoors. Use a waterproof sunscreen if swimming or sweating. Reapply at least every 2 hours. How to protect yourself from the sun: Apply sunscreen with a broad spectrum SPF 15 or higher regularly. Other sunscreen methods include: Avoid outdoor activities during the day, especially between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants, and wear hats and sunglasses. For infants under 6 months of age: Ask your doctor.
