Wearing Position: Wear the band with the white logo facing the wrist. Place the pad two or three fingers away from the painful area to apply pressure.
* Wrapping the band around your upper arm while keeping tension in your upper arm provides a more supportive feeling.
* For pain on the inside of the elbow, also apply pressure by placing the inner pad two or three fingers away from the painful area.
Caution: This product does not provide pain relief or therapeutic effects. It also does not completely prevent injury.
Maintaining sufficient muscle strength and flexibility is important for injury prevention. Do not use an incorrectly sized product.
Do not use on areas other than those specified.
* Prolonged continuous use may cause skin irritation or impaired circulation. Caution: We also recommend removing and reapplying the product approximately every two hours to reduce stress caused by slippage and stuffiness.
Care: If the product becomes dirty, hand wash it in lukewarm water with a mild detergent.
Do not dry clean, use a dryer, spin-dry, or bleach.
After washing, dry in the shade and allow to dry thoroughly.
