Product Description: A balanced electrolyte and mineral blend containing magnesium, potassium, and sodium for everyday wellness and energy. May help maintain optimal hydration and electrolyte balance. May promote muscle function and relieve cramps. May aid in mineral replenishment. Gentle on the stomach. Free from artificial dyes, casein, corn, colors, dairy, eggs, bulking agents, flavors, gluten, GMOs, latex, MSG, peanuts, preservatives, shellfish, soy, sugar, tree nuts, and wheat. Maintains skin adherence even during exercise and sweating. Topical application improves bioavailability, so the same dosage can be taken as a tablet.
Suggested Use: Apply one patch daily. Select a skin area. The patch adheres better when applied to areas free of hair, lotion, or oil residue. Wash your skin thoroughly and dry it. Remove the release liner from the patch. Press firmly against the skin. To prevent skin irritation, leave the patch on for up to 8 hours. Remove the patch, fold it in half, and discard it. Repeat the process with a new patch the next day.
