The "FROGMAN" is a member of the G-SHOCK MASTER OF G series, featuring ISO 200m water resistance. The GWF-A1000XC/A1000C is a composite band model of the Frogman analog series GWF-A1000. This is the first Frogman model to feature a composite band, and the clasp features an extension mechanism for easy wearing over a wetsuit when diving. It can be folded for a comfortable length when not in use. The GWF-A1000XC uses carbon-reinforced resin, while the GWFA1000C uses fine resin parts for the center link, achieving both strength and lightness. The base model is the GWF-A1000, which features an analog display while retaining the iconic asymmetrical face design that has been a part of the series since its launch in 1993. Large luminous hour and minute hands enhance visibility, creating a design that allows for intuitive interpretation of measurement information. The case is made of a carbon monocoque case that is integrated with the case back. Carbon fiber-reinforced resin has low water absorption and is resistant to hydrolysis, providing high water resistance and strength. The carbon monocoque case achieves ISO 200m water resistance. The GWF-A1000XC uses a laminated carbon bezel, with only one layer featuring an orange color scheme, creating a unique look. The dial also uses orange as an accent color, creating a unified look. The GWF-A1000C's stainless steel bezel is blue-ion-plated, and the second hand features a yellow accent.
