The USB Sound Blaster Digital Music Premium HD r2 is a USB audio interface that uses high-quality components for premium audio to achieve premium HD quality with a maximum resolution of 24-bit/96kHz and a signal-to-noise ratio of 114dB (measured at the product), making it easy to create a high-quality recording and playback environment.
In addition to high-class, high-quality audio playback, you can easily record your favorite music from records and cassette tapes with the finest sound quality and enjoy high-quality playback of the created data.
The analog input and output use RCA terminals commonly used in audio equipment, and are gold-plated to minimize sound quality degradation. The analog input also features an RIAA phono equalizer, allowing you to connect a record player directly and record your record library to your computer without the need for a separate phono amplifier (compatible with MM cartridges).
It also features optical digital input/output terminals that are less susceptible to external noise. The front panel features a volume knob, microphone input, and headphone output ideal for private listening. The microphone input terminal is compatible with electret condenser microphones, which are common for PCs, as well as dynamic microphones used in karaoke and other applications (input to L/R channels for 3-pole connectors, input to L channel only for 2-pole connectors).
