The backpack was shipped inside an envelope instead of in a proper box, and thus it was forcibly compressed to fit into a thickness unsuitable for its dimensions. The consequence is that the 3D wolf's snout has been totally deformed and crushed onto itself and now resembles a pig. The same goes for the face, crushed and deformed! There is no way to restore the wolf's snout to its original shape, it is now ruined! There is no way to treat merchandise like this, it is only your fault! You are a bunch of incompetents! I want a refund!
