Remove the fasteners that fix the fuel pump device in the fuel tank, and remove the fuel pump assembly. Be careful not to contaminate the fuel tank or leave items in the fuel tank. 3. In order to avoid premature damage to the new pump, the contaminants in the fuel tank should be removed before installation, and a new filter should be replaced.
