Hope everyone had a great weekend. I've been at work so this is the first chance I've had to do my next review. I ordered this pretty bag on 21/3 and recieved on 9/4. I think it's such a spring/summer style bag and will go with lots of girly outfits such as floral dresses and jeans 😍👌🏾 It came in packaging then its own dust bag. It's exactly like the picture 😍👌🏾 The bag it's self is like padded squares. It fastens with magnetic discs. There's a plastic matching chain handle but also a gold chain which is quote long so great if you want to carry on your shoulder (this is detachable) 😃 There's a dollar sign on the front too which is quite cool. My order has been marked as delivered (the time given was just before midnight, not sure where you live, but here we don't get deliveries at that time) but I have not received my order. I tried reaching out to Joom, but only received the standard answer. If you are considering this app or even this purchase, reconsider. I will now have to reach out to my bank and try to reverse my payment.

The bag itself is really beautiful. Everything also went smoothly with shipping and every important progress was communicated via email. The bag is also perfect in terms of size. However, I ordered the bag in dark brown and received it in light brown. This is a bit disappointing and unfortunately I can't contact support.

The bag looks super chic and goes with every outfit! The delivery took almost 3 weeks. There is plenty of storage space and there are several inside pockets. The pendant can be clipped on as an accessory. The bag also comes with a shoulder strap. It is a pretty bag that has been of great quality so far.

Would like to know why the black one is even better than the orange I brought 😂 Again I wasn't expecting much when I ordered, but I will be buying again! Anyway, this is a Christmas present for my mum and I'm blown away! It's beautiful, feels expensive/soft, smells nice. (The little bag scarf is green in person, it's just showing up as blue in my photos)

Extremely beautiful bag. I previously bought another color, but without the pattern, and it's very comfortable to use. It came quickly, extremely carefully packed, with an air bag inside and bubble wrap to keep its shape. Thank you very much for the spring gift, the supplier and Joom!

The bag finally arrived today - the delivery took quite a long time, but it arrived. No unpleasant smell, the material is nice and soft, and at first glance the bag makes a really good impression. The quality also seems to be OK. Overall, I'm happy!

Very nice and very apparent bag. Spacious interior within the measures it has with an interior zippered pocket. I have given it 4 stars because of the poor packaging that it had that has caused it to arrive wrinkled and the central heart is a little bent but being inside it can happen.
