Subject: Complaint – Incorrect and Defective Delivery / Refund Required Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, We ordered and paid for three pairs of shoes from you. However, the delivered goods are unacceptable overall.. 1. Incorrect delivery: At least one pair does not correspond to the ordered model at all. A completely different and inferior product was delivered.. 2. Massive Quality Defects: All three shoes delivered are of extremely poor quality and do not match the description or our expectations. We have not received such defective goods before.. 3. Size and Product Issues: – A pair has no size indication at all, but feels like approx. size 45 when worn. – Another pair is marked with size 42, but runs significantly smaller (approx. size 41). – Only one pair is approximately the correct size, but it is also not the ordered model. Furthermore, the quality of this pair is extremely poor and can be considered almost worthless.. The delivered products are completely unusable for us. We have attached photos of the delivered goods that clearly document their condition. Additionally, there is a technical problem on your website: We tried to initiate a return or complaint through your system. However: – The button for "Return / Send back" does not work – The complaint form cannot be sent – Uploaded photos cannot be transmitted Therefore, processing via your system is currently not possible. Our demand: – full refund of the amount paid in the sum of €77.32 – an immediate clarification of this case If we do not receive a satisfactory response within 3 days, we will report the case immediately via PayPal and initiate a chargeback.. I am very disappointed with both the product and the refund process on Joom. I ordered a Japanese tatami mattress advertised as being made of wool, including the cover, with a thickness of 10 cm and size 150 × 200 cm. However, the package I received is shockingly small, barely the size of a small pillow. It is difficult to believe that a genuine wool mattress with the advertised dimensions and thickness could fit into such a tiny package. I seriously doubt that the mattress would maintain its claimed thickness and quality after use. I have not even opened the package because I want to return it in its original condition. Unfortunately, the refund process is extremely confusing and frustrating. After following several steps, the website instructs me to select the "Refund" option, but that option does not even exist among the available choices.! It feels like the refund process is unnecessarily complicated, making it almost impossible for customers to return unwanted products. Very disappointing experience. I simply want to return the unopened product and receive a full refund, but Joom does not provide a clear or functional way to do so.

When I got this, I first noticed the logo itself was too big, along with the lines which are supposed to run down the chest run behind the arms and cannot be seen. The material is cheap and color is slightly off. If you are a fitness enthusiast it wont be difficult to tell its fake

The product looks shiny in photos, but in reality it is made of very thin, cheap metal and feels like tin. It is not sturdy and looks low quality. This does not match the product description or expectations. I request a full refund.

Wonderful product, looks just like the original. Very comfortable to use, gorgeous colors and arrived pretty much on time. Looks just like the picture, would recommend:)

Only 2 balls of wool arrived. The picture is misleading advertising and deception of the customer. It's an outrage, 5 pieces are shown in one pack and only 2 arrived!!!

Not that much universal, these fitted pockets squeeze so much so there's nothing to put in them, and if the driver's seat is adjusted, it doesn't fit that well to the full length.

The mask itself looks horrible and you can’t wear it properly it’s small but also to big. Don’t buy it… and on ur head the backside does not look good at all…
