Product Usage: When used as a protein supplement, recommended dosage: Mix 1 scoop in 8-10 oz of cold water 20 minutes before and immediately after exercise or competition. Take 3 to 6 servings, 1 to 2 times daily. For best results, always take 1-2 servings 20 minutes before and immediately after your workout or competition. Athletes may take up to 2 servings, up to 6 times per day, spaced at least 2 hours apart. HumaPro® can be taken with meals to promote nutrient distribution.
