1. The heat generated during the of the relay needs to be dissipated through the base plate. It is necessary to that the relay base plate is in tight contact with the heatsink, firmly installed, and the contact needs to be equipped with a thermal pad or coated with thermal silicone grease.
2. The relay terminals should be firmly connected. Loose connections can cause abnormal heating and damage to the product. The recommended installation torsion for M4 terminals is (1.2‑2.0) N·m, and for M5 terminals is (2‑3) N·m.
