JOOM, lately I feel more and more often as a customer that I am being "really ripped off" by you!!! Some of them have such great products, but every now and then they don't deliver what is promised in the pictures, and that DISAPPOINTS NOT ONLY ME, BUT ALSO MY FRIENDS, WHO ARE (OR WERE) BIG CUSTOMERS OF THEIR OFFERS, ALSO VERY!!! I am promised 48 calligraphy pens (or a 48 piece watercolor brush "double end watercolor brush set", and this, according to the great advertising picture, in a practical plastic storage case!!!) I received the 48 pens rolled up in a plastic film;... ...and each pen has only ONE brush side!!! AND, according to your advertising, it is a great color mix. Most of the pens I received have minimal color sequences. For example, look at the choice of (e.g. blue colors) in your advertising?!?! Yellow/Kaki = 7 pens Red = 2 pins Orange = 1 pen Beige/Skin = 8 pens Blue = 2 pens Violet/Purple/Pink = 7 pens Green/ Turquoise = 11 pens Brown/Olive = 5 pens Black/Grey/Silver = 5 pens ‐---------------------------------------------------- TOTAL: 48 Pins =========================== I EXPECT AT LEAST THE PLASTIC CASES SHOWN IN THE ADVERTISEMENT TO KEEP THE PENS ORGANIZED, BECAUSE WITHOUT THIS ORGANIZER I WOULD CERTAINLY NOT HAVE ORDERED THESE PENS FROM YOU!!! THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR A FAVORITE DECISION ON MY PART: Sincerely yours Nelly Giulia CIPRIANI

I leave you the photo of what I ordered and what I received, it will speak louder than words...the central slit is on one side the blue looks like black and there is a seam and a very clear demarcation at the waist unlike the dress ordered. The rhinestones and sequins have been taken away... really the impression of having been taken for an idiot by this dishonest seller. Joom did the necessary and refunded me but very disappointed after almost a month of waiting

There is an application to download but impossible to download it. Application likely to steal data. So there is no point in buying it. In addition, it absolutely must be plugged into a socket to be able to turn it on, no battery so not really usable everywhere. Even a USB key can't be read.

I expect you to send one piece again. I was sent a coin with a very strong and visible discoloration, which makes it unusable. It's a scandal that you can't ensure quality. I expect you to send an additional coin at your expense.

I do not recommend to anyone, the wrong product arrived, the order was for a projector and this arrived. I advise everyone not to buy from this seller, it is a scam and fraud

It is not possible to connect to android, we struggled for 2 days and it is not possible to connect because the iPhone connects, but it is very loud, you can't watch anything normal, the quality is zero

110V product not compliant with electrical standards in France So we can't use it (we would need a transformer) We request a refund

This would be an interesting game to play don't know who would play it, but it does look fun thank you so much something different for children and adults.
