This is PU Leather, not "Real Leather" as it is written in the description in several different lines. So many times I got tricked by description in Joom! So many lies Manufacturers write just to sold the item! This is fake leather, PU leather that stinks like cheap laundry detergent. Do not buy this if you are looking for quality. I will be asking for my money back. And guess what - to get money back is tough - chat is only available in application. To send mail to customer service I need verification code that never comes. Blah Blah Blah. This is the last time I order anything from them. Temu and Shein my better options. I have noticed that after I left this review Manufacturer quietly removed word *real* from *real leather*. Nice try because I saved screenshot from my Klarna purchase where it says *big shopper from FRENCH GENUINE LEATHER*. What a scam!
Also, let's keep it real now!?!? The pendant neither matches the lofty description nor the pictures!! It's not rose gold, but rather red gold, which is due to the admixture of too much copper and therefore looks cheap rather than elegant! The designation Red Tourmaline and Diamonds is frankly laughable! At best, they are cubic zirconia, if anything...!?! For me, absolutely no recommendation to buy, as there is no trace of value.! Attach a photo, NO certainly NOT. This EFFORT is NOT worth it!! I really have no idea what such silly questions are supposed to be for afterwards. Shame on Joom and their practices.
Salutations Product arrived and conforms to the description. Good quality and intact packaging. The negative note is the shipping: I waited 60 days instead of the indicated 15-25 days. The package remained stuck for 40 days at Italian customs and then for other days in Milan without tracking updates. Only after my complaint did the package move.. The iMile courier was very slow and not very communicative. I recommend the product, but Joom should greatly improve delivery times and use more reliable couriers for Italy. Thank you
I had ordered a 2-piece suit, I only received the jacket, where are the trousers. It says OUZO3 is sold out. Nevertheless, it was possible to order. Send If the trousers are no longer available, send me e.g. the 1.5mm long-sleeved neoprene suit made of sharkskin for diving and surfing, cold-resistant complete set SBART for €26.30. You will refund me the difference of €44.30. I expect an answer within 2 days. As I already contacted you last week and received no answer.
Good morning yesterday the package was delivered to me in name and in fact all folded the shoes don't fit well they are small maybe the sizes are different I don't know what to do with them so I am sending them back to you and I am looking for another model anyway if they fit me I would keep them I don't know what to do with them they are small they don't fit me thank you my foot is 40 and a half and these are 41 and they don't fit me they hurt so I am sending them back thank you and I will try to find others

The parts contained in the package appear to have already been used and the cardboard box is damaged.. Therefore, I no longer trust this supplier. I am therefore returning the product and would like to obtain a refund. You will find attached photos of the product's condition upon delivery..
