The numbering is very inflated. . Problem with exchange, with return. They demand a photo of the shoe measured from heel to toe with a visible measure in centimeters. I even sent a photo of the foot in cm. Everything extends the return time because the return depends on the photo. Return at your own expense. I am terrified by the price of shipping to China. I want to buy the shoes again because they are made of very soft leather. I just don't know if I will manage to wear them this season due to too restrictive requirements. I received the shoes on April 10 (order date April 30) but I have not received the return address until today. Extending the response is all to discourage the return due to the cost of shipping to China (over PLN 100). Shoes bought for PLN 212, now cost PLN 295. I will probably give up shopping here Teresa

For my size 40, I ordered 41, according to the table - 25.1–25.5 mm, in fact 26.3 cm, suitable for high instep, although at first it seemed that the leg would not fit, but... there is a zipper on the side. The shoes are absolutely gorgeous. I normally wear a size 39, but I ordered a size 40, and that was great because they fit perfectly. There was a small defect in the shoes upon delivery, but I was helped quickly and offered a solution that I was happy with. I've now ordered the shoes in black, too, because I already love them.. I also really like that they have a straight cut at the big toes rather than a rounded one, which I always struggle with, but they're absolutely perfect. They also have a nice, soft sole inside. They were delivered a little early and were packaged beautifully.

The boots are beautifully made. The leather quality is excellent. The promised plush lining is present. They look just like the picture. The size is a little smaller than expected – I wear a 36-37, so I ordered a size up so I could wear thicker socks for late fall. But the size turned out to be a tad off. Also, the left boot is a size (or at least half a size) smaller than the right. I know shoemakers often do this because most right-handed people have slightly larger right feet. But that's not the case for me, and I'll have to break in the left boot. Regardless, I didn't return this pair. I'll keep wearing these boots. They're great!

Beautiful shoes! They are like a work of art, with those pretty heels and gorgeous floral print. They appear to be comfy too with those cushioned soles, but that i will truly be able to decide after i try my actual size. I am sad though, because according to the size chart i got myself a size 38...but it's too big. I should've bought this pair at least in my usual size, wich is 37 (my foot's lenghth is of 23.5cm), or even 36. So now i have to return this beautiful pair of shoes to get them in the right size. Also they came in about 2 weeks time, and i had all the information about the package's status.

size 38 is too big, when measuring the shoe the centimeters do not correspond to the table described on the item, I contact customer service, after 4 photos, 5 emails, they reply that the return and refund is not possible because it is impossible to prove the measurements even though they have photos right in front of their eyes. We have 14 days to return the item, obviously 1 week has already passed between the exchanges and no result, I am left with shoes that are too big that I cannot wear and still no solution, amount spent €67.90........be very careful...

The shoes are good quality but too small. I have tried continuously via 24-hour support (poor & just goes around - no human contact or tel no) to return them, but there is only a return label if faulty. I have stated numerous times I Will PAY for their return but need the address to send them to. (The address should be supplied in the package). I am still awaiting the correct address to return them, too. I initially intended to get the next size up, but given the lack of customer service, I have decided otherwise. Please supply the address ASAP.

I have to make a few mentions regarding this purchase. As for the shoes, they are great, good stitching, ok material and comfortable. The problem with me is that the size chart (38) mentioned in their description did not "fall" with what I received - size 38 is almost 5 cm larger (measured). I can't wear them...they fall off my feet. I was probably the unlucky one...and maybe it suited other buyers. Anyway, they are great...I like them a lot and will order again...hope I'm lucky. 🤗😊 Thanks Joom!
