Men's mountaineering winter thickened padded comfortable warm cold lightweight hiking waterproof non-slip thick sole cushioning snow boots

The shoes are quite good, the color is exactly like the photos on the website, the sizes say you have to buy two or three more, measuring the foot 27cm equivalent to 44 in China according to their size conversion website, the result is that they are big, I wear a 42.5, so I have to return it and order the correct one, if you wear any size in Europe buy your usual size, do not pay attention to the size chart. The return process seems like it will be somewhat complicated, (open a dispute, wait 24 hours for a reply) an obsolete system with too many obstacles and even if it is their fault I would have to pay the shipping costs, we will see how it ends, 😏 All day long and they answer me like this: Thanks for the photo! We can offer to refund half the cost of your Y88LXD7G order, while you keep the product. If you find any defects after the issue has been resolved, we won't be able to issue a refund for that order again. What do you say??? resolution: Since the product arrived in the wrong size, we're refunding the full amount of the order Y88LXD7G. The money will be credited to the card used to pay for the purchase on May 29, 2025. Have a great night!

You wait impatiently for a product, and what a disappointment when you received it and it doesn't fit you, or rather it doesn't fit you at all Even if you follow the size chart and the length of the sole is what you need, you can't I put my foot in them, totally disappointed, I will have to look for someone with a very narrow foot. Maybe my comment will help you too, those with wide feet do not recommend. I was refused a refund, and Joom doesn't want to publish my comment

Cute plastic shoes that take me back to my childhood. They aren't the most comfortable even after weeks of breaking them in, but they are very cute (I was able to wear them for twelve hours without them rubbing blisters, but I also had hosery on so my feet were a little protected). The plastic studs that you must push through the holes in the strap are difficult to get done, but once in place they're secure and you won't lose a shoe as you walk.

I really recommend it, I got it for myself and my mum took it away from me as soon as I opened the bag. It is light, is super comfortable, and its good for long walks. I needed it for long walks to have an option not to wear just sneakers. These shoes are also very versatile, it goes well with different kind of outfits. I am going to order again in different colours

The bag is cute, it weighs nothing and it is also the perfect size so as not to carry much, it fits just enough and enough: the phone, wallet, comb, mirror, tissues and something else well placed, it really is very nice, thank you Joom (I think I had posted it the same day I received it, like I did with the rest of the articles, apologies and thanks again Joom)

I wanted exactly the shoes that were in the product photos! I got completely different ones!!!! I was so excited and now this! The ones I got are optimistically beautiful, yes! But I need a firm grip, even with open shoes, so I can't do anything with the ones that were delivered to me or can't wear them.

Order in black received in pink very above how can I do to receive them in the color that I ordered them from you it is the first time that this has happened to me please answer the pair of 39 received in black as I request but the 40 in pink

Too big, I adapted to the measurements shown in the table, so if you need to buy them, order a smaller size than the measurements in the table, i.e. if the measurements lead you to size 39, as in my case, you must order a 38.
