The left shoe is defective with a more pronounced arch than normal. I cannot support the sole of my foot well, causing me pain when trying to walk.. It is impossible to send a photo of what happens because it is inside the shoe when supporting the foot. I want to return them and for that they make me take photos, videos making clear what happens to me and still they doubt telling me that maybe it's my foot. And all so that I have to pay for the return because they don't believe what happens to me with the left foot sneaker. I returned it by post on my own because they don't believe it's defective and I had to pay for the shipping on my own, which is €26.70 to China.. Totally a disappointment. Of course I won't order anything here again. I had never done it but you learn from everything.

If the product is defective and tight on the leg, when requesting a return, the customer has to pay the shipping costs according to the customer's account address. For me, this seems wrong. No one buys from Joom, especially those types of things, because other pages that are also from China have a much better return policy and the exact same product. I have tried Joom and will never buy again. I have coupons and points and will not buy from this page anymore just because of its return policy. Thank you.
I received the shoes, and the quality looks very good. My classmates praised my shoes for their high-end atmosphere and said they wanted to buy a pair. The sole is non-slip and the grip effect is particularly good. The cushioning effect is very good. It's the same as the one bought in a physical store. It's very comfortable to wear, and you don't feel tired after running for 5 kilometers. In the sports test, it is much faster than the previous shoes.
I don’t really mind the box being damaged however it would be nice to have a new one. My concern about the fabric which is definitely should not be yellow but white and absolutely not as shown on the site.I don’t want yellow sneakers but white.If I liked yellow I would order yellow sneakers,right!? Also the product is defective as there is a rubber damage on the toe .It is small but after a while it will enlarge.
Unfortunately the problem is that despite having measured the foot and added half a cm extra for safety, the size identified and ordered for the footwear, is too small and I will have to change it for one size up, that is 43.5 or 44. But the problem is that returns are no longer possible as I have to pay for the shipping privately with about €50 to recover MAYBE €75. Practically if you get the size wrong you're done for.
