measurement not corresponding to the indications read "in sizes..." not to mention the quality of the fabric... therefore the activation of the warranty is requested... therefore following up on your requests... I respond with photographic proof that the measurements indicated by the seller do not correspond to the products shipped and delivered to me... therefore I ask for the total refund...... because: the length of both coats which should be 96... is instead 104 cm...; the length of the sleeves... should be 62 cm instead it is 64 cm ... the length from armpit to armpit which should be 47 cm is instead 54 cm ... as is the shoulder which should be 47 cm is 50 cm... this for both coats... The refund is awaited. Best regards M I

Good day. The tablecloth sent has a black stain (1cm diameter). I don't understand the label next to the stain, it was glued to the cloth. The packaging was not damaged, by the way! I then washed the tablecloth and the stain did not come out. I do not accept this, but I am also not prepared to send the tablecloth back (it cannot be used anymore anyway, I chose the smallest available size and besides, the postage is too expensive for me). As it looks, the tablecloth is not new! Therefore, I request a refund of the entire purchase price. Kind regards Jürg Eichenberger

The product images are very misleading. While the last image mentions that the faucet is not included, other photos clearly show the faucet inside the box. To make matters worse, it didn't even come with any mounting hardware or fittings to secure the faucet to the kitchen sink—just the tap itself, with nothing else included. Considering the price is almost identical to other sellers who provide the full set, this feels like a scam. After waiting so long for delivery, this has been a complete waste of my time and money. The seller needs to fix these misleading product photos immediately..
