I did not receive the shoes I ordered but bath sandals, which look like Arabian slippers that are not worth the amount of my order, I think I am starting not to trust you it is simply theft I saw it marked that the shoe I ordered was out of stock, the value of the bath sandals I received is 2 to 5 euros my order is 38 euros, so I ask you with right for the refund of the price difference. Thank you for your understanding.
Horrible, the boots arrived completely frazzled. Very poor quality. Also much too small. I ordered 2 sizes larger than I needed and still have no chance of getting into the boots. The item does not match the description at all... for me this was definitely the last order via Joom!!!!!
The item I received today was completely different to the item I ordered. The item I ordered was supposed to have laces – the item I received does not. Although the website claims to issue a warranty and allow refunds, there is no way to contact the seller to process this. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER
The shoes I received are a cheap parody of those in the picture - they are made of low-quality material, poorly sewn, and with the wrong pattern (the big toe presses against the toe box). After an exchange of messages, to which I attached evidence, the Joom support service accepted the refund of the money. Thank you, Joom.
The size is small, even though I chose a 42, I received a size 7 which still doesn't correspond to a 42. The description does not match in the sense that in the photographs the boots appear to be matt black but they are shiny black.!!! So not very suitable for a man. They are also small in size.
The boots are constructed of thin plastic Plastic soles which make them slippery As for being small, my foot doesn't fit through the shaft of the boots, making it impossible to put them on.. They are sent inside a bag which ended up causing damage to the heel of the right boot.
A thousand thanks, finally shoes that fit correctly and are of good or even very good quality (I'm not aiming at you... but their shoes have nothing to do with yours)!!!! I AM VERY SATISFIED THANK YOU 😮💨🥲👍🏽
I request a refund, the shoes are not original. Poor quality and material. They are missing some elements that should be there. The sole is coming off. In addition, they arrived without a box. Not to mention the delivery time.
