On the same day of July 31, 2022, I purchased 2 different items (eternal pencil + beard / hair trimmer) which were sent to me in a single package, arrived today 23 August, after just 3 weeks. I was absent from home and unfortunately the postman, despite my previous recommendations, left the package in the entrance hall of the building, at everyone's mercy; luckily I was able to take it before someone stole it. It was a single envelope containing 2 other envelopes, each of which contained the 2 purchased items. The trimmer looks like a good product. Although it arrived 70% charged, I connected it to reach 100%. Full charge was achieved after just 15 minutes. Together with this there were 3 plastic spacers, a cleaning brush, a power cable and an instruction sheet, as in the photo. Four 4 big reasons disappointed me. The first was when I read the instructions that recommend "do not wash the trimmer with water". This disappointed me because in the advertisement, at the time of purchase the opposite was specified, namely that the device could be washed under water (SEE ADVERTISING IMAGE ATTACHED). The second, however, was when I found that "the space lever of the blades" which was advertised by an image (WHAT ATTACHMENT) and which had motivated me to proceed with the purchase, INSTEAD, on the article sent to me, DOES NOT EXIST. The third is the excessive, annoying noise and vibration that the device produces when it is in operation. The fourth (in which JOOM's responsibility is however minimal) is the negligence of the courier / postman who considers the package delivered, only for having left it in the entrance of the building and NOT in the hands of the recipient. Despite everything, in consideration of the quality / price ratio, the real fungibility of the goods, the correct and almost always prompt service provided by JOOM, I believe I can consider myself OVERALL satisfied with both purchases.

Trash. DON'T BUY IT. It's understandable that it might have some flaw, but this is an aberration.. After almost A MONTH of fighting for the refund, they are giving it back to me in full. You can't even use them by covering them with your pants because the front part is completely unevenly attached and shows. It's embarrassing. Defects: Front part poorly glued with clear evidence Tongue with an impossible-to-remove glue line Tongue with letters… which is already visible in the image. Sides with random and embarrassing letters. It does not include the decorative side bow Tongue broken on the inside The eyelets for the laces were rusty The side decorations are crooked It had a double insole and both seemed to be used The laces are very short and do not belong to the type of shoe …what's the point of continuing. I'm deleting myself from this app. Other shoes also arrived wrong and they don't take responsibility, they closed the claim and you have no option to write to anyone. JOOM DOES NOT HAVE DIRECT EMAIL TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't buy.

I received a different product from the one I bought, ... I bought a fast charger cable and a normal cable came. I complained what happened to JOOM, where they asked me to destroy (cut) it and send a photo with the cable already cut (this even seems unreal) and then I would be refunded the amount I paid for the same cable. At the end of the story, Joom ended up not giving me back my money, as they wanted even more photos and videos so they could return me €3.76... respective value. I only have one word to describe all this that happened because of a cable worth €3.76. SORRY...It is to be regretted by the employees that joom has to solve customer problems. This case is not the only one, I know of others similar... Good strategy that joom has in these cases to keep the money that belongs to the customers.
