For the second time, I haven't received what I ordered. I have a black coat with a green hood and green lining. The first time, I received a green jacket with a green lining, and for the second time, today, it was a black jacket with a black hood and black lining. I'm very sad that it didn't work again, that I didn't get what I ordered.

Order for 1 set of 12 plates, 12 tongs and 12 snail forks. Received 1 plate, 1 tong and 1 fork. This is a description error. Following the intervention on the part of Joom it was indeed an error. With my agreement I kept the plate and they refunded me 75%. Normally the description in French should be modified. Thanks to the Joom team.

These grounding bed sheets are made with appealing quality and match the seller's description. Whether the grounding actually helps is debatable, as I am not aware of any scientific evidence. My only complaint is that no instructions are included on how to wash these sheets. For me, such information is simply part of the package.

🍊 The fruit peeler arrived in Austria after a delivery time of three weeks, well packaged and consolidated. 🍊 It is an excellent kitchen utensil made of high quality materials that makes peeling oranges and other types of fruit easier. A 🔝 product at a reasonable price and therefore highly recommended! Music by Capcut pro

I tried the product with my mobile phone. It does not block calls or WiFi as a Faraday cage should.. Also, the product received does not have a lock, as it does in the product photo. The conclusion is that I received a product that does not conform to the description and photos displayed on the site. I will request a return with refund.

I received the wrong order, not the beautiful brown as pictured. And above all, the fabric was not nicely folded, as if someone had already had it in their hands... I am requesting an exchange of the goods... I don't know how and where else to contact because the website is confusing and doesn't even have a category for the wrong order!
