I ordered it in color 23, which is light khaki. The color itself is well pigmented, so for the most part I only had to go over my lips once. In some places I needed a second layer, but especially with a khaki tone like that, that doesn't bother me at all. I have bought lip products from this brand in the past and I have to say that they have really improved their formula in terms of pigmentation. The color looks like the seller's pictures and in my opinion it's more of a full matte finish than just semi-matte. Unfortunately, it feels a bit dry on the lips and sticks a bit. It is easy to apply with the applicator. The packaging looks neat and high quality. The pen fits in every pocket. The seller offered a few other colors so I'm still considering ordering another one.
