FLEX Slatted Frame The bed frame is a part of the bed that, contrary to appearances, has a significant impact on how we sleep. It not only affects the condition of the mattress, but can also be a very comfortable complement to the entire structure. FLEX Slatted Wooden Frame: Fits standard bed sides. Suitable for all mattress types. Easy to assemble, durable, and comfortable. Made of layer-glued beech slats , profiled into a slight arch that increases the comfort and resilience of the mattress. Double-sided resin coated. Consists of a row of slats fastened with high-strength synthetic belts, ensuring even and durable distribution of the slats on the bed frame. Includes plastic slat covers to prevent squeaking. The flex frame is an improved version of the classic design. The slats are appropriately profiled, allowing them to bend slightly under pressure. For increased durability, the slats are made by gluing wood in layers. Strip dimensions: width: 53 mm thickness: 8 mm length: 595 mm The frame consists of: 17 strips fastened with synthetic straps, 34 caps, 4 screws. The entire frame (without plastic covers) is 1950 mm long and 595 mm wide. It is designed for a 200x60 cm mattress. A great advantage of this frame is that it absorbs the body weight from the mattress, thus relieving it. This extends its lifespan. The visible assembly method is presented using an example of a frame consisting of 23 slats. The unfolded frame (the first and last slats) should be screwed in the places marked in the drawing. This will prevent the frame from sliding. The frame requires support along the entire length of the side slats; a bed frame is required. The frame comes with standard attachments ( NA2 ) shown in the photo below. They are designed for bed frames no wider than 24 mm. If you have a wider frame, we recommend the attachments ( NA3 ) shown in the photo below. When assembling a frame with these attachments, drill the first and last slats and attach them to the frame using the screws provided in the kit.
