Xiaomi 12 Pro Wooden Case Aztec Calendar Aniegre

Made in Poland We manufacture in Poland and we are proud of it! All wooden cases are made at our headquarters near Warsaw. We work hard on the creation of each wooden case, from design to packaging and shipping to the customer. We take full responsibility for our goods and are 100% confident in them, because the entire complex production process rests in our hands. Materials We make sure that each wooden case is unique. We make them from carefully selected wood, which we source in Poland and also find in the farthest corners of the world. Aniegre is an East African hardwood. The wood of this species is very hard. Trees can grow to a height of 55 meters. Typical trunk diameters range from 90 to 120 centimeters. Aniegre has a medium texture with closed pores similar to maple grain. It often features interesting curly or mottled patterns. The wood is yellow-brown in color, sometimes with a pink tint. Aniegre is said to have a cedar-like scent. Aniegre is often used in furniture making and boat building. Anigre is most common in tropical East Africa, primarily in Cameroon, but also in Angola, Congo, and Ethiopia. Polycarbonate [used as a base/backing for our wood] – is a material characterized by dimensional stability, high stiffness, and shape stability under the influence of temperature. It is odorless. It is characterized by excellent impact resistance. It's matte and pleasant to the touch, making it the perfect finish for our wooden cases. TPU silicone [covering the sides of the phone on all four sides] – the most important feature that distinguishes this material is its high flexibility, which allows our cases to perfectly fit the shape of the phone. A case made of silicone will also be flexible across a wide range of temperatures, which is also important. Its excellent abrasion resistance is also very important. TPU silicone also absorbs impacts very well. The plasticity and durability of the material we use will ensure your phone is perfectly protected, and removing and installing the case will be simple and intuitive. Precision of workmanshipThe creation of each of our wooden cases is accompanied by a complex and time-consuming production process. We attach great importance to every, even the smallest, aspect of our case. We use top-of-the-line machines to cut and engrave wood, allowing us to achieve accuracy down to 0.01mm. A significant portion of the production is done by hand, which is rarely seen these days. Sanding, varnishing, polishing, and precisely gluing the wood are the result of hard work by our hands. We give our hearts to each of our wooden cases!
