Hello, I just received today the order from April 16, 2026 corresponding to item XMM9XV82: faucet mat. To my great disappointment, the item delivered does not correspond to the article ordered. ( See the attached images, especially the detail ) In the article received, there is no hole to pass the tap through. And the decoration and color are not what I wanted.. I wish to receive the ordered mat for the faucet with its passage hole and the floral pattern in the middle. ( No pattern to the side ). Otherwise, how should I proceed to send back your item, without shipping costs, and for my refund. I am counting on your listening and your understanding Michel PINARD On May 08, 2026: I still haven't received a response. M.P. On May 16, 2026, I still haven't received anything. Ice balls are a fun and original way to chill your favorite drinks. Their round and compact design makes them perfect for any glass, as they melt more slowly than traditional ice cubes, preventing your drink from being diluted quickly.. In addition to using the ice balls to cool your drinks, you can use the ice cube tray with that shape to create frozen chocolates or truffles. Simply pour melted chocolate into the ice tray molds and add nuts, dried fruit or even a little liqueur for a special touch. After freezing them, you'll have some delicious sweet bites to enjoy anytime.
