Interactive Pet Grooming Tool Dog Scratch Board with Treat Box, Wooden Nail File Board, Bone Pad Shaped Pad, Grinder Alternative for Large Medium

AVOID! Very poor quality product, totally different from the photos ! I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The product received absolutely does not match what is presented in the photos on the website. The pieces are not even the same size, the finish is poor, and the product looks really cheap. In the photos, the mat appears to be a soft, good-quality rug, whereas in reality, it is a common piece of extremely hard plastic, which does not meet my expectations at all.. Even the name is not the same: in the photo, it says "Cat Wash", whereas the product received indicates "Cat Washer". To top it all off, no assembly instructions are provided, contrary to what is shown in the product presentation. The packaging is also non-existent: no protective cardboard worthy of the name, the parts are delivered without adequate protection.. In summary, misleading advertising, deplorable quality, product not conforming to photos, and deceptive presentation. We really have the impression of receiving a low-end product that has nothing to do with the one we paid for.. I strongly advise against this purchase. A real disappointment and a big waste of money. I absolutely do not recommend!

Nickel...! Like those that I have already taken and have arrived without problems... and not except for certain items that the post office dares to write "Successfully delivered...!!!" But where ??! That only the delivery manager can answer... but good if he lies about the delivery of packages or signs for you a registered package to be delivered by hand and just sticks to drop it in the mailbox.. .what do you want him to answer ??? In short, the article is really as described and it really keeps it cool, because we have underfloor heating, but by the time the heat finishes dissipating, my loulou is very comfortable...! Thank you JOOM, always legit in sales, me seriously, I like you a site with a team ensuring maximum

The package has arrived correctly and before the date I put. The protective tablecloth is as it appears in the photo and the material is silicone, so it adheres and does not slip or move on the floor. The only problem is that the size is too small for its price, it should have been a larger size (at least to fit the 2 pots without problems)... for that part I have been a little dissatisfied with the buy.

We have 3 cats and the toilet easily cleans twice as fast as with a normal scoop. This is mainly because it is simply coarser and clean litter falls through faster. If you have very small lumps, you can't get them out with this shovel. No problem for me and I am very happy with the shovel. It's also really stable, I'll probably get a second one

It came very well packaged so as not to be damaged, it arrived in perfect condition. It's cute, the only thing that doesn't seem ok to me is the fact that the stick on which the bird sits is placed too close to the back and I don't know how it will take place to hold its tail. Otherwise everything is fine, the material is resistant. I'm happy with how it looks but I haven't tested it yet to see how the bird feels in it.

The scope of delivery includes a total of 10 spirals (2 each in 5 different colours). The toy is made of hard plastic. Time will tell whether it goes down well with my 🐈, so far she has ignored it 😉. Update: my cat totally ignores the spirals, they are absolutely uninteresting, a pity. But maybe your cuties will play with it 👍

It’s a great product, good quality. Our cat has learnt to use it - later I cut a hole on the bottom so the pee can flow straight into the toilet. (Unfortunately the cat uses this potty just for peeing. She poops on the floor next to the toilet- we don’t mind - I put some pieces of toilet paper on the ground and the cat puts the poop on them. Problem solved.)
