The package arrived with a significant delay, well beyond the announced delivery time. Furthermore, the package arrived damaged and, after opening it, I found that the satchel has a manufacturing defect: the seams inside are torn. The product is therefore non-conforming and unusable in the condition I received it.. In light of these elements (delivery delay and defective product), I request a full refund for my order.. The plush arrived with damage to the paw, but the bag arrived in good condition. The strap is a little too small but it remains rather large.

Zipper came broken. I was given 50% refund and tried to use it but it wouldn't allow me. Not happy with the service.
