Hello, This is the first time something like this has happened to me.. I ordered a brown dress and received a light beige dress. The latter also has a blue stain on the front. . I also ordered a beige jacket to go with my brown dress, so it doesn't fit either because it doesn't stand out at all and it's also small and I don't fit into it. I therefore request a full refund for the 2 items in my order.. Please give me the procedure to follow to return these 2 defective items to you, one of which has a blue stain and is not the correct color initially ordered and the other is not the correct color and is too small.. Thank you for the stained dress that you promised to reimburse me for, but because the dress was not the right brown color as ordered, I would like to return the jacket which no longer goes at all with the cream color of the dress and I would like you to reimburse me for this linen jacket at €15.33 which, moreover, is too small and will never be able to be of use to me because it does not correspond to the color to go with the dress...so it is almost the same colors even though I had chosen the brown dress and the beige jacket so that it would contrast. ! thank you for your understanding. cordially Mary ALPHONSE

Good afternoon. From the image sent by “Zuecos_01”, the clogs on the left I ordered them on 20/06/2024 and the order was Y69684VG, this order was for size 37/38. I have put the ones I received from the order 28DWY7GX that I ordered for the same size 37/38 and you can see that they are more than one centimeter smaller, they are probably size 35/36. Attached image “Zuecos_02” of the measurements in centimeters of the clogs. I would like to exchange the black clogs of the order 28DWY7GX for the correct size_37/38. Thank you

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, I ordered the trousers in size 4 xl from you but the trousers were only delivered in size 3 xl. Which doesn't fit me. Please send me the correct size, then I can send these trousers back here if you tell me how it works and send me a return label. I have already paid with Klarna. Kind regards Peter Lammering

The color is different, it's sewn like a hatchet and makes me wonder if the only material China has is polyester, it sits poorly on the body and is generally poor quality, anyway I can't say I wasn't expecting it but I know that after about 2 months I'll end up buying something like this again, reaching the same inevitable fate of buying, regretting and wearing it anyway because I have nothing better to wear.

Very nice, light and inexpensive jacket for many occasions. Polyester protects a little from the wind, but still allows the skin to breathe, so you feel very comfortable in it during the transitional period. And finally, I have found the right size for me with the selected size. With Chinese models, you have to order at least 2-3 sizes larger than in Europe.
