The ambiguous presentation of the product in the photo and its associated description (BMW MINI R55/R56 Carbon Fiber Pattern Trim Panel...) suggests that you are selling both the left and right windshield pillars. However, it is only at the level of the order form that you reveal the reality by specifying that you are only selling the left one (admittedly, I did not check the order form, too much trust a priori MISTAKE). At no point in the presentation do you indicate that the right pillar is not sold on your site. Not very loyal !!!!! It was a first purchase, it will very certainly be the last. cordially

I already sent you a complaint about this product 2 weeks ago and nothing happened! No answer from you!!! I already noticed that both items are scratched!!!! I have attached the relevant pictures again! Please reply to my complaint and send a courier to take back the products and refund my money asap!

Beautiful Volvo s90 bumper protector, best engineering with rubber band around the outer edge to stop scratching of paint work whilst fitting. Finnish in a highly polished titanium chrome, this adds a touch of class to a car, and it came with a matching metal Volvo centre badge. 10/10

This protective strip is not worth the money. It doesn't sit well on the edge of the door, it only has 2-3 mm on the outer edge of the door, I don't like how it looks on the car. It doesn't look like what is in the photograph.

I ordered the passenger side part and yet was sent the drivers side part, got a refund but then when I go to order it the price has gone up and I need to pay delivery again. Ridiculous

I ordered the right because for me it's in front of the car that you look at the side for you, I therefore need the left fire. how to return it and have the correct model delivered

Everything arrives to me and the set of pieces arrives with only 1 piece... how embarrassing after so many days and the box broken and tampered with, the pieces were left lying around there lol
