Kvaliteten var meget lav

Had a damaged breast chain, but was refunded. However, a red velvet halterneck dress was delivered in the wrong color: ordered red and received pink.! and a sweater I had ordered, a completely different sweater was sent to me (see pictures)!! 2x wrong delivery and defective broken chain! And you get fobbed off with a maximum of 50%!! It's not okay, I'm disappointed with how customers are treated here and cannot recommend shopping here!! It happens here multiple times that you simply receive something different than what you ordered, and suddenly after weeks of ordered items, it's suddenly cancelled by Joom with the note that it's already sold out!! And the joy is just gone!! The sellers should stop constantly listing items here that are actually long sold out!! I'm starting to feel ripped off here!! Therefore, this app will be uninstalled and I won't buy anything here anymore!! There are more reliable shopping apps!! Joom is just rubbish!!! My personal opinion!! Nevertheless, thank you!

Counterfeit !!! I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. After 3 days, one of the insoles completely detaches, the outsoles already show noticeable signs of wear, and furthermore, the feet smell bad, which had never happened before. !! I would have preferred that it was indicated on the site. For my part, it's a scam!!! I will NEVER order from you again.! My son spent all his savings on trainers that will last him 15 days ! I contacted customer service: it was them who made me change my 1-star rating to 5 stars. They were fast (-12h) and simply cancelled my order and refunded it in full.. So thank you to Joom for this efficiency. Regarding the product itself, I'm leaving my initial comment so that those like me who do not wish to buy a "fake" are informed. But I renew my thanks to the customer service which was up to the task

This and the other 4 kaftans we ordered took ages and ages to arrive. But worse, this one and 3 others are easily 3 sizes too small: badly made and made from awful material. 2 arrived damaged with holes, which must have happened in the factory. Also, they're all far too short. Out of the 5 different kaftans we ordered, only one was the true size and fits fine BUT still was badly made. Both its side seams are of different lengths and the material isn't what was expected but it's ok. BE WARNED, trying to arrange returns for these damaged, poorly made and undersized garments is impossible so far, due to Joom's idiotic and not fit for purpose returns instructions, on their site and APP. None of it is possible which makes me wonder if it's all a SCAM. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING JOOM IT'S BEEN A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE and if we're not refunded I'll be reporting them to many as well as TRUSTPILOT.

This item is very disappointing. The description said it was a warm coat. It is not warm and dark colors worn underneath can be seen through what should have been a lovely winter white coat. The material it is made from is very thin with no lining. The picture on the model shows a heavier textured material and with a lining of at least the front edge, collar and hood. This is not on the sent item, the entire coat is just a rolled single edge. It mentioned buttons on the collar but they do not exist. The description of the sizing said it was a loose fit so I ordered my usual size and expected it to be loose. It was actually too tight, not flowing like the picture. I would like a refund of my money as this is a complete misrepresentation.

The photos on your website are misleading. The two types of light are only at the bottom of the device and weak, unlike the photos on the website where the strong brightness is evenly distributed over the entire length of the grid. It is simply an empty plastic tube. The 4000 mA battery model requires a charging time of approximately 7 hours. In fact, the device is very lightweight and should not contain 4000 mA batteries. For the moment, after a few hours of use, the device has no effectiveness against insects. It would be necessary to wait a few weeks to be certain of its uselessness. As an accent light, this device is unusable because the light is so weak (see the two photos).

The shoes are much too heavy and don't allow for any foot movement at all. I would like to return the goods, please. Thank you very much.. I contacted the seller in China and asked for a free return label or a refund of the purchase price. However, the seller has not responded so far. Therefore, I informed KLARNA today about the situation and also stated that I do not want to pay for the product as it is unusable.. I still have not received any information from the manufacturer. I therefore ask Joom again to send a return label and to refund the amount of money..

The 3 kg weights. Very, very large (in volume). I didn't imagine the size of the product would be the size of a 10 kg weight. I have nowhere to store it!!!. Why don't you write the product dimensions???!! Length, height, etc.. I thought I would get a small product the size of the green one.. But this is really excessive. How do I return the product ? The 3 kg weights are very, very large (in volume). I didn't describe the size of the product as the size of a 10 kg weight. I have nowhere to store it!!!. Why don't you list the size of the product???!! Length, height, etc.. I thought I would receive a small product about the size of the green one.. but that's really excessive. How do you recycle the product? 😡😡😡
