Unable to place an order to my address

On our marketplace, you can order items from various sellers around the world. Availability of certain products depends on your delivery region and the seller’s terms. Our system automatically checks and shows you only products and delivery methods available in your location.

Below are some common situations you may encounter when placing an order, along with solutions.

Message: "We can't deliver the selected items to your address," "These items can't be purchased," or "Delivery unavailable"

This means the product or the selected delivery method isn’t available in your region. For instance, the seller may not ship to your country, or the chosen delivery option isn't supported in your area.

What to do:

  • Try selecting a similar product from another seller.
  • Change the delivery address, if possible.

Message: "Unable to order items to the specified address"

This message appears if the system temporarily can't confirm delivery to your address using the selected method. Usually, this is due to limitations set by the shipping service in your region.

What to do:

  • Double-check your delivery address for correctness (city, postal code, street).
  • Try choosing another shipping method or another item.

Message: "We couldn't find the specified city"

This message appears due to temporary technical conditions affecting the address search feature. It won't prevent you from saving your address or placing the order.

What to do:

  • Make sure the city name is spelled correctly and the postal code is accurate.
  • If the city name or postal code is incorrect, we can't guarantee correct delivery.

Message: "The item is unavailable in your country"

Some sellers ship items only to specific countries. If you see this message, the seller doesn’t deliver this item to your region.

What to do:

  • Select a similar item from another seller.
  • Try using a different delivery address, if possible.

Message: "Oops! Something went wrong" when opening an item page

This message usually appears if the item has been removed from sale or isn't available in your country. If you encounter this message, we suggest selecting another item.
