How to cancel an order?

You can cancel an order while it still has the Paid status. Below are step-by-step instructions on how to do this. However, if more than 2 hours have passed since payment, cancellation is no longer possible.

On the website:

  1. Go to My orders.
  2. Select the order from the list.
  3. Select Cancel order.
  4. Select the cancellation reason, then click Cancel order.

On Android:

  1. Go to Profile by tapping the icon in the bottom right corner.
  2. Select My orders.
  3. Select the order from the list.
  4. Select Cancel order.
  5. Select the cancellation reason, then tap Cancel order.

On iOS:

  1. Go to Profile by tapping the icon in the bottom right corner.
  2. Select My orders.
  3. Select the order from the list.
  4. Select Cancel order, then tap Yes.

The amount you paid will be refunded once the order is cancelled. The money should be returned to your account within the next 7–14 days.
