I can't find my orders

Don't worry — orders can't just disappear without a trace!

There can be three possible explanations for this situation:

1. You hid the order in the “My Orders” section in the Joom app.

You can’t make it visible again on your own, but you can contact our support team, and we’ll restore it for you.

2. You previously submitted a request to delete personal data.

Unfortunately, in this case, restoring order visibility is not possible, but our support team can still help you track your active orders.

3. You are logged into a different account.

On Joom, purchases can be made both with and without logging in. Try to recall how you accessed the website or app before making the purchase, and then log in accordingly.

What should I do if I don’t remember how I logged in?

1. Check your email inbox and look for a message from Joom — we send them from no-reply@notifications.joom.com.
2. If you find such an email, try logging into Joom using the email address where you received it. If you don’t remember your password, you can recover it by clicking the corresponding button on the login screen.
3. If you can’t log in or don’t see any orders in the account, try logging in with the same email via Google or through a social media profile linked to that email address.
4. If none of this helps, contact our support team — we’ll definitely assist you! Please include the following information right away:
   — first and last name;
   — phone number;
   — email address;
   — recipient’s address;
   — the number of any one of your orders — it should consist of 8 characters;
   — details of at least one purchase from the profile you lost access to: order contents, payment date, and item price.

Why might items disappear from my cart?

If you added items from a non-logged-in account, you’ll lose access to the cart if you change your device or delete the app.

Note that no more than 100 items can be displayed in the cart. If you have more than that, we recommend moving the items you don’t plan to buy right away to your “Favorites” so you can see the rest.
