What is a commercial batch and why can an order be rejected?
When goods are purchased for non-personal use, they are deemed to be part of a commercial consignment. The number of identical or similar products is often used to determine this.
For instance, if someone buys five identical smartphones or pairs of sneakers, it may be difficult to prove that they were not purchased for commercial purposes. However, this requirement is not as strict for small items such as jewelry, gloves, scarves, or cases, which can be transported in larger quantities.
If there is a possibility that a product may be recognized as part of a commercial consignment, we will unfortunately not be able to accept it. This means that the order will either not be placed or will be canceled shortly after payment.
