Notifications
Our website sends notifications, that you can look through and configure by clicking on the corresponding button next to the Search field.
What those notifications are about?
• Sales, promos and discount coupons
• Updates on current orders
• Joom social network updates
• Short questionnaires
How to configure/switch them off?
On the website:
- Scroll up to the top of any page.
- Select Notifications (right next to the Search button).
- Click on the gear icon on the splash screen.
- Uncheck the boxes next to the notifications you prefer not to receive.
On Android/iOS:
- Go to Profile by tapping the icon in the bottom right corner.
- Tap the gear icon in the top right corner.
- Tap Notification settings.
- Toggle the switches to disable/enable certain types of notifications from the list.
We recommend keeping notifications turned on to stay informed about your orders. You’ll receive timely updates about payments, shipping status, refunds, and delivery guarantees.
If you prefer not to receive promotional emails, you can unsubscribe at any time. Simply open any email you've received from us and tap “Unsubscribe” at the bottom.
Please note: You cannot unsubscribe from transactional emails such as order confirmations, payment notifications, or refunds.
