I can’t log in

If you're having trouble logging into your account, try the solutions below.

Our marketplace supports the following login methods (availability varies by country):

  • Google
  • Facebook
  • Apple ID
  • Email

Not all login methods are available in every country. If your usual login option is missing or no longer available, it means it’s not supported in your current location.

If your usual login option has disappeared:

  • Make sure your VPN is disabled.
  • Try reinstalling the app.

If you're getting an error logging in via a social network:

Ensure you have the official app of the social network installed on your device, and that you're logged into your account in that app.

If you're having trouble logging in with Google:

  • Use the "Switch user" button to select the correct Google account.
  • Set your device’s font size to default in the settings.
  • Disable the "Sign-in notification" feature in your Google account settings.
