Be to, šios poros kokybė yra itin prasta ir ją beveik galima laikyti bevertę.. Pristatyti produktai mums visiškai netinka.. Pridėjome pristatytų prekių nuotraukas, kurios aiškiai dokumentuoja jų būklę.. Be to, jūsų svetainėje yra techninė problema.: Mes bandėme pradėti grąžinimą arba pateikti skundą per jūsų sistemą. Tačiau: – Mygtukas „Grąžinimas / Grąžinimas“ neveikia – Skundų formos nepavyksta išsiųsti – Įkeltų nuotraukų nepavyksta perduoti Todėl šiuo metu apdoroti per jūsų sistemą neįmanoma. Mūsų reikalavimas: – visiškas sumokėtos 77,32 € sumos grąžinimas – šio atvejo neatidėliotinas išaiškinimas Jei per 3 dienas negausime patenkinamo atsakymo, nedelsdami pranešime apie šį atvejį per PayPal ir inicijuosime pinigų grąžinimą.. Laukiame Jūsų greito atsakymo. Geriausi linkėjimai Ercan Kiricikaya ERSA Bau GmbH

I am very disappointed with both the product and the refund process on Joom. I ordered a Japanese tatami mattress advertised as being made of wool, including the cover, with a thickness of 10 cm and size 150 × 200 cm. However, the package I received is shockingly small, barely the size of a small pillow. It is difficult to believe that a genuine wool mattress with the advertised dimensions and thickness could fit into such a tiny package. I seriously doubt that the mattress would maintain its claimed thickness and quality after use. I have not even opened the package because I want to return it in its original condition. Unfortunately, the refund process is extremely confusing and frustrating. After following several steps, the website instructs me to select the "Refund" option, but that option does not even exist among the available choices! It feels like the refund process is unnecessarily complicated, making it almost impossible for customers to return unwanted products. Very disappointing experience. I simply want to return the unopened product and receive a full refund, but Joom does not provide a clear or functional way to do so.

I placed an order for this item of 1 x 24-pack on September 20th, and I finally received this order on October 28th at the latest. AND TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, I ridiculously received only 1 single piece instead of a full pack, and I paid €20.53 for this! How foolish can someone be? Waited MORE THEN A month for absolutely NOTHING! Don't order here! You Rather pay some extra and get the full order in good state then u wait for NOTHING!

When i got this, i first noticed the logo itself was too big, along with the lines which are supposed to run down the chest run behind the arms and cannot be seen. The material is cheap and color is slightly off. If you are a fitness enthusiast it wont be difficult to tell its fake
